Real fire without building work
A freestanding bioethanol fireplace is the simplest way to bring a real flame into your home. There's no chimney to sweep, no flue to fit, no gas line and no wood to store. Most models are plug-and-play: put them in place, connect to a standard socket and light them with the remote. That makes them ideal for flats, rented homes, new builds and smoke-control areas.
The range includes Scandinavian-style stoves, sculptural fireplaces clad in Dekton by Cosentino, fire baskets for unused fireplace openings, and suspended designs that hang from the ceiling and show the flame from every side. Almost every model uses Planika's patented BEV® (Burning Ethanol Vapours) technology. Only the fuel vapour is burned, the flame never touches the liquid, and a microprocessor and safety sensors control the fire from start to finish. As there's no flue, all the heat stays in the room.
